Default classic self put-downs

Have some fun with this. It is better to laugh at our ridiculous thoughts.

I'll start:

"You just don't get it do you!"

"Hey half a brain, pay attention!"

"Your ugliness may turn people blind!"

"That woman probably thinks you are the world's greatest loser!'

"You are so Funny!. Funny weird I mean!"

"See all these people in this room? They're all more attractive than you."

"Why did you just eat that? You're already really fat."

"Might as well just go home now, you can't fit in."

"Having fun? Well just remember how utterly unattractive and socially inept you are."

"That guy just looked away when you were talking. See, everybody does hate you."

"best to die best to die best to die"

"You'll only make a tit of yourself, so save yourself the bother"

"TWAAAAAAAAT!"

"No woman will ever want your seed"

"Well, you cocked that one up didn't you"

"Why are you so incapable of such a simple thing"

I think it's good to identify them as being nothing more than ridiculous thoughts.

Lately I've been feeling an awful lot better primarily because I've come to the realisation that they are nothing but that. My mind may perpetually tell me that I'm aesthetically repugnant and socially inept but there certainly isn't any empirical evidence to confirm this.

Cheers

I'm close to being comfortable with putting a picture of myself up. Something I thought I'd never be able to do.

Although I do think you may be correct in saying that some people may not like seeing constant negativity.

Is someone putting me down for listing my self-put-downs?

"You've really done it this time!" (says to self)

See if we write down what's really in our head, it hits home how we shouldn't take ourselves seriously!

"Stop being such a dumb ****
"Ahhhhhhh what a twat I am"
"As if she'd be interested, don't fool yourself, she deserves better anyway.
"You're just pathetic, look at yourself!"
"Who cares about you anyway? you're nothing"
"Best just to stay in, be a waste of time and money going anyway"

Okay that's enough, starting to upset myself, I can't help but be serious.

Threatening myself: "If you say one more stupid thing today, I'm going withdraw privileges for a week! That means no beer, no Internet!"
