I want the forum to know that this has been a very good use of my time! Although somewhat stereotypical for a pilchard living in the 1970s, but still. I also don't think that's even a pilchard in the photo, but still.

Oh and I also had nibbles for tea!

^ That Cortina is from the '80s (although it was launched in August '79 to be accurate)

Have a Mk3 instead.

Well spotted, Lee! I was going to choose a 1970s Ford Cortina, but I just couldn't imagine a pilchard driving it. I'm also sorry to say that I also can't imagine a pilchard driving a Mk3. Although I appreciate the effort.

Anyway, I guess I've been hoisted by my own pilchard. Or something like that.

Nothing tonight. I think it's for the best. Detox and all that. And having the runs earlier might have something to do with it! It's all good!

Heinz tomato soup. Although no bread roll or dessert tonight as my colon is still doing the conga. I must have picked up a bug. Which if you think about it is an interesting phrase:

"Hello Bug my buttercup. Do you fancy coming back to my place and then give me the trots afterwards!'

Anyway, even though I had a slight temperature last night, I must be brave!

Sorry to hear that your colon was doing the conga,
Or, your tum-tum was doing the tango,
Or, your insides were shooting outsides,
Or, your botty was feeling grotty,
Or, your poo was like vindaloo,

Anyway,..

Erm, I'm having chicken curry with rice, no doubt helped along with a couple of cold beers,

Flattered I hope, Mr Nobody! After all, I don't strain for everyone! And judging by the rumblings that's going on right now, you can expect to be very flattered tonight!

Anyway, I will keep you posted.

Nearly there, Anewyear. But the exact sequence is Flattered, Splattered and Knackered! And to give the forum a quick update, it came out of me like a dream! Or possibly a nightmare! Depending on how you look at it! /
