I got some vitamin D tablets too recently but then I found out they have beef gelatine in them so I chucked them away... I should really look for some vegetarian ones somewhere.

I started taking immune support vitamins in Oct. They include Vit D and Zinc. That was because of Covid and the very high numbers where I live. Heard they could help so don't lose anything by trying I guess.

This is single-handily the most reckless social media challenge since the mythical tide-pods. To recap: Americans, who are already...... let's say, "challenged" in terms of having affordable health care and who are in the midst of a pandemic that is seeing ER's and hospitals jam-packed with Covid patients...... have engaged in this online challenge where they find a shit-load of flimsy milk crates to traverse. And then posting the resulting physical mayhem for worthless internet points.

America: the same people who "won't take the vaccine cuz they don't want to put something 'untested' and 'dangerous' into their body"... but will engage in shit like this. You gotta just sit back and enjoy the show sometimes. America is a ****in trip man. It's ****in WWF Royal Rumble/Survivor Series all wrapped into one over here right now L-O-L

I don't know about throwing them in with the anti-vaxxers - seems like a bunch of tiktok kids doing this. At their age i probably would've attempted this but certainly not after witnessing so much failure, assuming they've seen others try. It does look simple. I was fairly risk averse as a kid, i could judge when something looked a bad idea - there were no a&e visits for me.

It was quite funny hearing some people getting a bit heated about, what really amounts to, some harmless fun and then coming across this milk crate craze
