Default Online doctors?

Has anyone used one of these (I don't mean NHS).

Getting desperate as it's so hard to get a doctor's appointment where I live. It's the usual thing of the 8 a.m. raffle.

The last appointment I had with the nurse practitioner was done over text. I had to text her a picture of my toe. She then text back to say she’ll send some antibiotics to the chemist for me to pick up in a hour.

It was fast service and no faff about talking on the phone or driving to the doctors. Although people could abuse that service by sending photos that aren’t of their actual toe.

I say text, but it’s like an online chat that is similar to texting.

That sounds just what I need, biscuits.

Unfortunately the surgery I go to does not have that service
