Being Human.. ees good

About a vampire, werewolf and a ghost.. sounds a little lame but it works.

I watched the first two episodes of Madmen when it started on BBC and didnt get into it at the time. I'll need to go back and try watching it again. 5th series starts soon on Atlantic.

As for Boardwalk Empire, I've actually watched the first series already online shall we say, I cant recommend it enough, an incredible drama, so much so I'm going to watch again It will be on channel 4 or the like soon enough.

Nope. Sky now has exclusive rights to show anything made by HBO in the UK. Nobody else gets a look in.

I had thought Sky would have had perhaps 6 months of exclusivity before the new series would appear on terrestrial tv. Thanks Axel, thats just made my day (yes my life is that sad)

I don't think so, although I may be wrong. It happens occasionally.

Been enjoying the old reruns of Law & Order on Five USA at 6pm. Jerry Orbach had great charisma and screen presence. The rest of the cast from that era were top-notch as well.

Try to see a couple of episodes of Monk each weekend on Quest / ITV something or BBC2. It's just such an all-round good programme .

Other than that it's just Dave at the mo, catching up on Mock the week, QI, HIGNFY etc that I missed during years with no TV.

Don't watch any soaps, but I do love all the reality trash, America's Next Top Model, Masterchef, Judge Judy, American Idol, Take Me Out, Come Dine With Me & Embarrassing Bodies.

But also Sex and the City, Celebrity Juice & Southpark.

I loved the first series of Heroes as well, but I haven't bothered with the subsequent ones. From what I've heard about them, it really doesn't sound like it's worth it.

I enjoyed the first series of Heroes, though I think it kind of lost it's way about half way through when Hiro started going back in time. The plot became too convoluted and they also seemed to mess up the space time continuum a bunch of times.

I also found Sylar to be a bit of a boring bad guy.
