League positions are up now. I'm firmly in mid table as I never got round to confiming my team so had a few injured player in and Dzeko on the bench

I like how you can make transfers at any time on this site, my sun team is stuck with Fafael

Fantasy Premier League - An Apology Dear mark ,

As you may already be aware, many fans trying to access Fantasy Premier League on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning experienced problems logging in or registering teams prior to the Gameweek 1 deadline.

While the demand reached unprecedented levels on Saturday morning, we fell short of the standards you expect from the world***8217;s biggest fantasy football game and make no excuses for what was both a frustrating and disappointing experience ahead of the new season. For this we apologise unreservedly.

Our technical teams worked throughout the weekend to ensure the technical issue that led to the problems experienced by users was dealt with. Work also continues to improve the quality of your experience with additional steps taken in the game itself that enable you to:

1. Receive unlimited transfers
No points will be deducted for any transfers you make up to the Gameweek 2 deadline (11:30 BST on Saturday 20th August 2011). If you made multiple transfers earlier this week, you will not be penalised. If you had opted to play your wildcard, this will be restored to your account once the Gameweek 2 deadline passes.

2. Opt to start mini-league scoring at Gameweek 2
The option is available to all mini-league administrators to start the scoring from Gameweek 2. Go to ***8216;Leagues***8217; > ***8216;League name***8217; > ***8216;Administer***8217; > Select ***8216;Gameweek 2***8217; in ***8216;Scoring Starts***8217; drop-down menu and click ***8216;Update league details***8217;.

Up to 4th now with 80 pts. Feared the worse as i had 2 players injured but forgot to replace them for this week.

I had a bad first week but good one this week, was 24th before w/e and 8th now plus still got a couple of players in tomorrow's match.

ive surrendered my top spot :/ congrats to who is top ur a wily old fox good move putting van persie as your captain last week :D the last two weeks ive had stinkers but i have a sneaking suspicion that a certain player will do well this week, so ive put him in my team, i may go as far as making him my captain oh its on like donkey kong :D
