I prefer mine in the bin. Not a Bacon fan, I've always thought they were over rated

Also, bacon (real stuff or soya substitute) and Brie on ciabatta is delicious!

Bacon & Brie is a good combo though.

Oh god, Brie, how I miss you. A Brie, bacon and cranberry sauce sandwich is my main temptation from the world of meat and dairy.

I've never tried Quorn bacon, I tried a few of their cutlets and sandwich slices but wasn't too keen, is the bacon good?

Very true. Stilton also goes very well with it.

I don't like mine too crispy. I prefer it just well-done enough that the rind isn't too chewy, but no more than that.

Unsmoked from the butchers and grilled just until the fat has gone a bit crispy. Sex in a sandwich.

^ Bacon in the microwave? Nothing good comes from the microwave. Putting bacon in the microwave should be illegal.

I'm not a fan of crispy bacon at all. I like it with a little colour but still soft.

Unsmoked and slightly crispy. I often do it in the microwave and it's just fine.
