Spitting here, there was a big yellow thing in the sky last week - not seen it since, don't know what it was.

Move down here, right now all we have is hot weather (which I hate) so I'll swap you the sun for the rain.

It's been precipitating down for a few hours here with no sign of a let up. And my towel is still pegged out on the line. Tch.

This weather is quite depressing. Last summer was so nice.

Weather is random as anything here (have seen heavy rain, lots of sun, heat, blue skies, dark skies, etc sometimes all at once depending where you look), at least I don't have to go out for a few days.

Ta, there's a big lawn out back with picnic tables which is nice, but since 21 people live here, it's not too private

Yeh, the gardens are the best thing about living here; I'm going to miss them when I move out in a few weeks' time. Ah well

@ Charlotte87: yes it's a big old house that's been converted into 21 bedsits. Joe actually belongs to a lady around the corner, but he prefers to spend his time in the garden and driveway here. In the winter he spends most of his time sitting on the warm bonnet of the last car to come in, or underneath if it's raining. I think one of the girls lets him sleep in her room sometimes too.

Have you got litter trays for yours or do they have to cross their legs? Love the avatar pic, by the way

I believe lightning must have hit a phone line outside ..or something (i dont get how this stuff works!)

it was about 5-6 years ago..i was happily minding my own business when lightning flash..*bang/loud crack* smoke coming from router ..anddd no more internet

Opened it up and it was all black and burnt
