I'm fond of the idea of traveling back in time. I wish there was movies about traveling back in time. I loathe the fact that the norm is that people prefer future time-travel films, not past. I hate any star wars type of movies or any advanced technology/spaceship films.

Quite enjoyed my Van Gogh immersive experience trip on Monday. Liked the immersive room. Thought the exhibit before hand had very cheap reproductions of his painting which were pretty poor. The VR bit was fun but not worth a fiver. They must be raking it in. Don't know if my headset was a bit faulty but the left eye was somewhat blurry - could have been that I should have worn my glasses though!

Can't believe the price to go to London Victoria though. My friend started the journey in Bognor and it cost her 40 quid (with travelcard) Mine would probably have been about 35 as I got on 30 mins later but I have a railcard so it was 23.80.
God I can remember back in the day getting a travelcard for a tenner! Guildford to Waterloo .

If social anxiety is something WRONG going in in the physical brain, then I doubt it comes alone. I bet other mental issues come with it.
I mean, perhaps one can't just have social anxiety and that's it. there must be there other mental issues. Mine are definitely depression and OCD at least to say.

I think I have quite low expectations but I'm still always left feeling so disappointed in people. I mean, I know 'normal' people have busy lives and I'm not that important but it would be nice if certain people checked in on me once in awhile. For example, the last time I spoke with A on the phone they spent the whole hour talking about their issues, not once pausing for breath to even enquire how I was doing. Then, in the new year, when I send them a mainly lighthearted chatty message but also briefly mention a few of my issues (grief and depression) I only receive a gif in return. They've since sent me 3 more 'sending hugs' gifs which I 'like' but it makes me feel that I'm not really worth any time or effort. Maybe I'm expecting way too much here, especially as there's been times when I've been the worlds crappiest friend/acquaintance/relative or whatever it is I am to said person.

Yes, I'm sure you're right about this person perhaps not knowing quite what to say to me. I forget sometimes that not everyone understands mental health issues as well as most of the folk do here. I hope I didn't come across as ungrateful because they sent me gifs but not a reply to my message.

I haven't considered counselling because I'm not an easy person to understand and think if I saw a counsellor they wouldn't even know where to start, lol.

My relationship with the person I've spoken about is somewhat complicated because we are half siblings that have never met. I've always hoped that because we share a little bit of DNA they'd be this instant bond when in reality we are very different and are unlikely to have been friends. I'm sure they feel similarly about me and sometimes find the relationship a bit of a struggle too.

Is the women body more complex than mens?

I was watching a Black & White film and there was that actress who most likely died in the last century.. (no info about her bio).

Nothing in the entire movie was intended to be sexy, but in that scene when the door knocked, she put on something on her sleep clothes to answer the door, and while she was raising her arm to wear that thing, I noticed that women back then didn't obviously shave pits AT ALL. It was weird since I have never noticed/seen a woman who lets hair grow like that.

Maybe nothing is that strange since some people are simply tend to be more hairy than others, but that actress had a ridiculously fine hairless feminine body/features. I mean how someone who looks like that can grow a thicker body hair than men if they wanted to!

but it's exclusively certain body parts like the underarm and most likely the pubic thing due to female hormones and it has nothing to do with being hairy? I really don't know anymore.
I'm only sure "not every" woman is able to even grow a "proper" pubic hair. Some women can.

I think both men and women can be equally hairy alike, though i think women tend to be a little less coarse/thick in the underarm, arm and leg areas. Actually, anywhere other than head and pubic area... ? I've seen some horrendously hairy fannies - each to their own though!

Most women grow thicker hair under their arms, on their legs and in the downstairs department. We're just not used to seeing it because most women these days start removing it when it starts growing during puberty. There are more women who choose not to remove as much body hair now though!

If the many popular nsfw subreddits are anything to go by, then the 'usual' areas are shaven. However there is a trend the past few years of growing out pubes, though in a tidy, trimmed fashion (which i prefer in general).

Of course this is Western media, not all women are flashing their bits, some women don't bother with maintenance during Winter, etc.

^ By women who show their parts on the internet, yes. But in the general population of women many more choose not to remove so much, especially in winter like you say. No point being extra cold if no-ones going to see!

Yeah, a good strong beard on a man is nice. Making the daily effort to keep it smooth seems a little weird, although I suppose aesthetically that's better than a thin patchy beard if that's the alternative.
