I am not really sure, I haven't really did any proper exercise before. I know I want to be stronger, look better and maybe a bit bigger.

I feel I shouldn't get ahead of myself and need to do something which I feel relatively comfortable doing.

I guess I should just aim to increase my strength for now. Idk much about health and exercise, I need to teach myself lol.

Okay no worries.

Please read this article: http://liamrosen.com/fitness.html

I can make a routine for you, but your diet needs to be in order to get strength/muscle/size. Have you considered using myfitnesspal?

I think using myfitnesspal and starting a routine will do you good. Bodybuilding and strength training is 80% diet so it'll be pointless to do one without the other. If you need any help, pm me any time

I went to the dentist, come out with one less tooth, hopefully that'll stop all the pain, but I don't know yet 'cause my face is still numb. I'm not sure why so many people are afraid of dentists, it was not bad, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was having to keep my head still for so long.

Still my first visit to a dentist since I was a kid.

I went to my neighbour's funeral today, wasn't sure if I could do it but I did.
The worst bit was leaving the house and walking over to his.
I wasn't going to go back to the club but one of his old carers was there on her own so we went together and it wasn't as bad as I expected.
I even managed to talk to a couple of people I didn't know but was glad to get back home after.

Nice one stoop, you said you have agoraphobia didnt you? If so i consider that a big achievement .

Well despite feeling really anxious earlier i walked to town and got a folder to put my documents in for Tuesday, went back to specsavers and asked for my glasses to be altered as they were rubbing on my ear which hurt (i put up with the same problem on my old pair for over a year ) and went and bought a new shirt as i got something down my other one. Also went and got some shopping and despite grabbing a basket i didn't make myself buy crap to justify me picking one up, sounds silly but i really struggle with stuff like that.

Done a day out working with my brother-in-law, labouring for him on a foreigner doing things like pva'ing the walls, making the plaster mixes, scrimming up and ofcourse making the bruslol. He did a great job and he said I was working hard so he might be quite impressed. I'm happy that It kept me occupied as the daytime boredom has been annoying me lately. Now I can enjoy spending the pay and relax tonight.

Nice one Mercenary, don't think I could enjoy a Sunday with my family so special props to you! :p

This week gone I went for a job interview! It was really nerve wracking but I did as well I could've done, whatever the result I'm happy with that.

This might be a silly one but I pushed myself with using the phone this week. When I need to make a call or send a text normally I procrastinate for a while, sometimes creating problems, but I've been doing it a bit more quickly.

Jogged in the park. It wasn't that bad as everyone else was exercising and the park wasn't that crowded and much bigger than the gym I go to. So my anxiety was much easier to manage.
The only thing that made me nervous was that it was mostly middle aged/older people exercising and just a small few of young people.
After I felt a bit exhausted, not too much, and less anxiety. I'm sticking with this, idk if I should stop my gym membership or wait a few months to see if the membership is worth it for me.
