Thinking that shoes spend years working as a pair then one day get thrown out and more than likely end up separated forever. Next pair I throw out I'm going to permanently glue the soles together.

^ Me too! Though i wore a warm, waterproof coat for high level cosiness, peeking out from under a fur-trimmed hood. It was joyous.

And then when i came back, i had a 'no need to wipe poo'. One of life's little wonders.

Recently I sleep listening to new two different videos in a playlist and it keeps repeating. The thing is, the audio in one of them is so low, so I set the video player volume to the maximum , but when the other video plays it becomes ridiculously high as a result. It's so stupid.
Everything stops after 90 minutes, but I need to listen to them both as they calm my mind and helps me fall asleep faster. I sleep within the first 10-15-20 minutes, though.

I emailed a local therapies charity and heard back from them. They offer 10 weeks of free cbt and 10 weeks of cft (not sure what that is). They also offer on-going long term group therapy. The group therapy costs however much people want to donate to the charity. It's all online and they're starting up in person groups. They sent me a form to fill in and then I have an online video consultation where they decide which is the best support.

It's so weird that I find in-person easier than zoom. It puts me off to think it will be an online video chat.

I don't think anyone in the world finds interviews incredibly entertaining more than me. I love watching famous people interviews more than movies. I love to know about their human side, their personalities, etc..

Yet I hate when the interviewer interrupts the guest to say stupid things he thinks is funny. I loathe the fact that they both can't stop laughing the entire interview. it seems as if they they are acting those 4 or 5 minutes. Very annoying. lol

I hate this format/this fking table so much. I usually hate when the interviewer is a man, and their fake laughing non-stop makes it worse and difficult to continue watching to be honest.

Example of interviewers/ interview atmosphere that I like. when people try to keep it real and sincere without pretending.

(Sia - Soon We'll Be Found) is a song I put on a continuous loop.
Same with (Lana Del Rey - Born To Die).

What if my severe social anxiety in this life is paying for karma because in my past life I used my social skills in causing harm to others?!

Speaking of popular movies some people never watched, maybe I'm the only person who never bothered watching these:

The Notebook
Twilight
Fight Club

Since the invention of the birth control pill and the increasing world population is unstoppable than ever. The irony!

Is it weird to remember things you said or did many years ago and it makes you cringe so bad at yourself just thinking about it?

Doesn't that table show the yearly world population change has been steadily decreasing since the 1960s (which is when use of the pill became widespread)?

If that is the link then it's been pretty effective really, since if the rate had stayed around 2% instead of dropping the world population would now be over 10bn instead of under 8bn.

^ What I understood from the table is that the world population took 7000 years to become 3 billion (From 5000 BC to 1960)

, while it took only 60 years (from 1960 to 2020) to jump from 3 billion to almost 8 billion.

It's like 'somehow' some families tend to produce their women with high quality bums. They're all almost same shape if they maintained the same weight.

not exactly beautiful faces, but perfect feminine bodies.

like when they ruin diet, their waist to hips/thighs ratio still the same, like they do put on layers fats on stomach but more fats in butt and thighs so waist doesn't look bigger. i guess it has to do with how fats are being stored.

(The subtle art of not giving a ****) book is so popular, so most likely it is not worth it. lol

Perhaps it's great book, but I guess I'm not into self-help kind of books. Plus, books with 'catchy/clickbait titles' annoy me.

Aston Villa-Newcastle. Couldn't call, both high performing teams.
Chelsea- Brighton. Lampard is naff, so it wouldn't surprise a surprise result.
Everton-Fulham- Got to fancy Everton. They like being home and a half decent manager.
Southampton-Crystal Palace. No clue, maybe both sides to score.
Tottenham-Bournemouth- you'd fancy Spurs.
Wolves- Brentford- Brentford like surprising but they're both equally matched
Man City-Leicester, unless Rodgers has an ace up his sleeve you can only see one winner.

It is a bit of a strange term! I'm sure different people have different opinions on what would make a good bum. Roundness and bouncy-ness maybe.
