I had my gym induction today...after cancelling it two days ago in a blind panic. It went well although after learning about the equipment, I opted to go instead of staying for a work out session.

The guy said it was normally always quite between 12-4 which is perfect for me, so I've planned another visit for Monday.

Well done Stoop

I made a phone call this morning without loads of mumbling and stuttering.
Also agreed to go to my (almost) daughter in law's hen night, it's not a wild one though so should be ok and there are only 8 of us.

On friday I hung out with a neighbour round at he's friends for an hour or so, during I even nipped home for 5 min and managed easily to go back round which is something when I leave a situation I often can't put myself back into it after feeling the relief of getting out, this time I was looking forward to getting back round. Good experience

Yesterday I hung out all day with a large group of people, felt nervous before but once I was there the anxiety dropped to almost non existent levels. So different to only a few short years ago :D

I've spent 10 hours today (same yesterday) with my daughter's boyfriend watching him decorate.
I've felt nervous a few times but no panic attacks or running out of the room.
I talked to him a lot more today as well and actually enjoyed it.
I even made him bacon butties today and he's still alive

I sold my first T-shirt on eBay

Genuinely couldn't believe it when I saw it, I was just checking my items to see whether they had any views and there was strangely 1 less there and was wondering what was going on and then it dawned on me, I had actually sold one! Only listed them last night and didn't expect to sell any this side of Christmas, hopefully the first of many
