Old tv shows and films feel more real than current tv and films.
Probably because I was in my twenties in the '90s, tv and films from that decade feel the most familiar and recognisable to me. Everything after that feels increasingly surreal. That's not to say that the modern stuff is worse, it's often much, much better, but I increasingly find it presents a world I don't immediately recognise. The world seems to be accelerating in every way imaginable, and try as I might, I can't quite keep up. |

^ The cracks I usually see on sunny days are men's, either their chests or builders bums! I think it's legal to wear whatever you want in public as long as your genitals are covered and your nipples if you're a woman.

^^^ Who is Tom Holland?
![]() ^^ In a so called equal society I don't really understand why it's perfectly okay for men to walk around topless but it's not okay for women ![]() That said, I don't particularly want to see anyones bare chest and would prefer them to stay covered ![]() |

^ Yeah, last summer I was in the supermarket and some young lads wandered in wearing shorts and no tops, I do think that inside buildings all nipples should probably be covered up!

^ I know what you mean, but maybe if ALL nipples were on show (at least when the weather is warm) then we wouldn't thing anything of it and it would be no different to seeing noses or ears, etc

^ Possibly spending your days around people who are mainly 18- 21 may be influencing your viewpoint. What kind of clothing are you seeing women walking about in? Bikini tops? Crop tops? Short skirts? Short shorts?
(Have you seen cyclists that all come out in the good weather, are they wearing skin tight cycling shorts to excite people?!) I only really go along to the shops so if I notice people going about on sunny days the only difference is women might be wearing shorts or a dress or skirt, so there's more visible legs about, same with men, but I can't say I really notice women wearing particularly revealing tops, just sleeveless ones maybe. You think a man who goes about topless isn't thinking he looks good?! And you think women don't notice men's chests in a sexual way because I can tell you we certainly do! (Depending on the chest in question.) |

Seeing all the lovely jumpsuits in the shops that appear to be all the rage at the moment but knowing that I could never wear one because when I need to pee I'd struggle to get it off in time! And to think, there was a time when I used to be able to last ALL day without going to the bathroom

When part of the grooming regime includes shaving your ear holes.
It's not as bad as it sounds. It's just the fine downy hairs around the ear hole are becoming thicker and growing longer. There's no colour to them... yet. |

On the subject of new hair when we're growing older, I normally have one or two nipple hair I have to tweeze out. But Rocket Spud's post has made me realise that I haven't had to do it for a quite a while now. Therefore I must be getting younger!

^No it's relatively painless, and it's only a couple of hair. It's quite common for women to get them on nipples as they mature, if they didn't naturally have them in the first place. Yes I'm normally smooth-chested
