Aye, was it a bit formal the dates? I can't do dinner dates! I can't relax or be myself! I just like to go for a stroll or something. The idea of someone sitting opposite me - judging as to whether I am suitable for them - freaks me out just thinking about it.
Think I just lucked out as hadn't had one for a couple of months before that, but I'm ok, just shit at flirting.
They were fairly standard, like coffee and drinks or going to a board game cafe. Dinner dates are for later down the road imo. Going for a walk is a good idea.

Yeah, I am terrible at knowing whether someone likes me or not, or picking up on cues! Thank god for texting lol and there is that awkwardness of feeling like the date is expecting you to flirt so any attempt at flirting seems clumsy and strained!!!

So definitely good to prepare for the worst and hope for the best haha

Na, I hate dinner dates full stop! Can't bear them lol the forced conversation. The scraping of plates and chairs! The whistling of coffee machines. Being over-conscious of whether people can hear the daft things I say. Looking at the menu blankly for far too long because it becomes comfortable reading and having it in front of your face to block out the world haha oh hell!! No thanks!

Aye dinner dates are shite, it highlights my slow decision making. How do I decide between Sweet & Sour chicken and Sizzling beef?! But yeah I'll avoid them until later to avoid expense mainly, if I'm not gonna see you again I'm not spending loads. Plus I'm a sap who likes paying "from the good of my heart" so I could be £50 down easily.
Another date planned for Sunday, dunno what's going on at the moment...

So I spent all my week off doing **** all and now ive got to go back to work and i find it really quite depressing this is basically the rest of my life..looking forward to taking some time off then doing absolutely nothing.

How grim

Hey ho, at least I can retire in 34 years and continue doing absolutely nothing

^ Oh cool, surprising that you think they're uneven then, the best places to go are usually tattoo places. Everyone's ears are apparently a little uneven anyway, but I guess it depends how noticeable it is!

On my left ear it means I have an annoying little dip underneath the hole that works, but it looks fine when the earrings are in. It depends how much it bothers you I suppose.

Well done for going I sometimes think about getting mine redone but wonder if it would look weird and minging because I am old
I think its noticable, but would anyone else really notice? i dont know. Im not sure now if the temporary bars theyve used are making them seem different because they are loose or if it is the actual piercing.

Thankyou for sharing your experience ive always thought that lobes wouldnt close up again

You are not old! & if you want them redone go for it! (just look in the mirror at the pen dots for a long while before they do it )

we've had a few scam phone calls recently (instead of/as well as scam emails). mum left the phone off the hook, it started making a noise from being off the hook, Basil started barking at it. Basil thinks there are 30,000 bonio's waiting for him in Nigeria.

Sorry I wasn't really on here for a few days, (sorry If I missed anything I should have replied to).

Yeah It was fine. Went to Thomas Hardy's cottage, walked some lovely countryside, Spent the Saturday afternoon on Weymouth Beach bare foot with Ice cream - unbelievable considering how the weather changed shortly afterwards. Went down to Lulworth Cove on the Sunday but because there are very few buses in the area it was difficult to get to so spent a lot of time travelling :/ . It was a cooler day but Lulworth Cove was just gorgeous.
All in all I'm glad I went, (and surprised I made it tbh) but it did feel a bit lonely.

I'll post some photos later

I've done this as well.

I was told I had a personality disorder by the CPN at the CMHT many moons ago (not that they did anything about it) but I never got it in writing so it's not on my GP records.

However after 2 sessions with a CPN from pathfinder she also thinks Avoident Personality disorder. She's gone off sick though so I'm no further forward.

I still wildly swing between thinking I have and thinking I haven't.

Aye, good to hear you getting out and about! Was it a caravan you were staying in did you say?
Yeah, it is kind of bittersweet isn't it? It feels lovely just wandering alone but then seeing others sharing the experience can make you feel slightly alienated. But much better than not doing anything and just staying at home! Is this going to be a regular thing or a one-off? Glad you had a good time

So glad it isn't only me who thinks that! I have been convincing myself I'm making my mental health up and being a hypochondriac! I have an appointment in 3 weeks again. It is a follow up appointment from my initial assessment not quite sure what to expect!
So will you be getting an assessment or you not really too fussed?

We used to get free local area newspapers. The comment section was often a great source of amusement, people complain about weird things.

Well instead of learning a skill, something useful, bettering myself..taking up a hobby..or anything

I've decided to restart matched betting again

I'm not sure the extra couple of hundred quid a month really counts as..bettering myself but the thought of looking for another job is too much
