Air the mattress outdoors as often as you have time for, but aim for once or twice a year. Get help moving it to a dry, clean spot outdoors. Make sure it is a sunny out, whether it's winter or summer. Leave the mattress in the sun to air for at least 3-4 hours.

It's crazy how some couples who lived together for over 25/30 years end up looking alike. It's not that common, but I noticed it.

a dumb thought about Lionel Messi, but first look at this goal in particular

the thing is.. i can understand if a few people were naturally born with a high fight IQ, or when some were born with certain genes that help them run faster than others since running in general is as old as humanity goes. same thing applies to fighting like we see in combat sports since our ancestors had to deal with a lot. i mean at the end of the day we are animals and there were times we needed to physically defend ourselves..
same thing with our ancestors need to be good at swimming..

here are 3 examples:

- Michael Phelps: look at his weird build. a body was designed specifically to be perfect for faster swimming.

- Usain Bolt: short torso /long legs, rare yet perfect built to be the best at 100m, plus definitely fast-twitch muscle fibres for explosive movements (the norm in that sport).

- Jon jones's long limbs, reach advantage, flexible and agile for his size.. exactly what it takes to be the best at fighting.

humanity has history with those types of sports. (of course not exactly in their modern form)


back to Messi.


his brain totally deals different with the ball, like it responds faster, I mean brain-body responses too fast compared to the normal football player to the point where he probably sees the defenders moving in slow motion, so he can do whatever he wants with the ball.

people like him and Maradona make you feel as if they were born with a rare genetic mutation that made them superior at football.

but the question is..

football as we know it today.. when was if first invented?
200 years ago?

When was football necessary for our ancestors to survive so some born with the game's number in their DNA?
i thought things like that takes long time to happen.. I mean Maradona/Messi are probably first-generation to play football to be that good compared to their peers.
