^^^ I'm not sure someone from a mental health charity should be giving an opinion on physical illnesses as surely that's not their area of expertise! But still good that you might be doing some volunteering.

How my pug is getting old.
He's turning 10 this year and I notice he's slowing down.

I miss his younger years, he had so much energy and loved his walkies.
He seems happy though.

To me, nothing really triggers memories more than scents. I was eating that corn snack (first time I buy that one) when I first opened it, its smell instantly reminds me of another snack that no more exists in markets. It had a palm shape and I used to eat it in the specific basketball court at school everyday.

Wondering how I'm going to fill the cracks and paint the ceiling/wall at the top of our landing. Some sort of bodgy ladder hanging on for dear life exercise I expect.

The other day I smelt (for the first time this year)newly cut grass... that takes me instantly back to primary school.

Smelling horse shit takes me right back to my dad's allotment.

Sometimes I feel like I'm regressing into an SA shell If you saw me in the street you'd probably think I was a regular Joe but I'm finding social gatherings harder and harder to deal with. I reckon working from home and not having much of a social group reinforces that and knocks me out of practice

Wow cool. I love how every memory scents bring has a strong emotion as well.

One of my 5 senses I would live in peace without/would willingly give to whoever needs it without missing it would be the hearing.

I got 6000 likes on a comment on a video. Do I count myself as part-celebrity?

There is no way in hell I can pronounce the American water.
The British water seems easier i suppose to every non- native English Speaker.. The American water sounds more fun because it's impossible to master if you were not grow up there, so you'll keep trying to no avail..

The American one sounds like "wodder" and the British sounds like "war-ter". For some reason Americans seem to think that we all sound like cockneys
I can see a thread where we all record ourselves saying the word water now.

Well, I woke up on Sunday and it was swollen. I’ve put Savlon on it and been soaking it in salty/soapy water. I’m supposed to be going away for a few days so wanna get it checked. I’m sure it will just be a case of waiting for it to go down.
