The rain woke me up because it's so LOUD!

It's unusually warm at the moment. I put my drinks in the garden over Christmas (the outdoor fridge) and it usually keeps the drinks nice and cold, but they're borderline luke warm.

Oh my goodness, last night sounded like a tornado out there.

I was half expecting to receive a call from the vet in France saying they scanned the microchip on my cat after she’d been blown to Saint-Tropez.

That scenario sounds like it wouldn't be catastrophic at all! If anything, it sounds like it would be purfect!

My cat left a dead mouse outside the backdoor and it's just floating in huge puddle. Lovely....

Today is the first time I've felt cold for a while! I've even got a thermal vest on under my dress.

I think I've forgotten what it feels like to be warm. Not convinced that warmth was ever actually a thing, and not some mad cheese dream.

I can't express how much I could do with a warm, sunny, blue-skied day.

It's been quite stormy up here in t'North last few days,
Yesterday we had several hailstorms, high winds, snow, and lots of brilliant sunshine,
Each weatherfront seemed to last about 30 to 45 minutes,
Talk about 4 seasons in one day,
I'm hoping these winds die down a bit, everything else I can kind of cope with, but we've got bins lying about all over the place, and the wind just cuts right through you, brrrrr.
