I want to live in the mid 1940's and have a love affair with a Spitfire pilot. It'll probably never happen but I live in hope.

I'm so bored/discontent. I wish sometimes I could sleep 16 hours of the day away.

Trying to figure out what to watch to make the afternoon pass, can't find anything I really fancy though.

So happy with my DIY man from yesterday. Cost me £125 but the improvements are well worth it.

Thanks @Muggins and @biscuits

I think I've just started to realize how incompatible me and my bf really are and how, by trying to support/please him I'm actually making myself unhappy.

We both have our problems with anxiety but the difference is that I try to be there for him and support him when he needs me but when I need support myself he's almost oblivious to it.

A classic example would be the other night he was out and had a panic attack, so I got up, drove to pick him up, took him home and stayed with him all night to make sure he was ok.

On the other hand when I had a panic attack myself a few days later in the car his response was to tell me to "sit here for a bit, I'm gonna play Pokemon for a bit"
And then sulk because I decided to turn round and come home.

I feel as if I'm constantly adapting myself to fit into his life and he isn't doing the same for me, I'm not even sure why I'm doing it

@ D1662 - It does sound as if you are putting a lot more into the relationship than you are currently getting out of it. Could you sit down and have an honest heart to heart with your boyfriend and tell him exactly how you are feeling? If he doesn't want to risk losing you then he does need to show you the same level of support and concern that you show him. You deserve better D, I hope you get it

What to read on my morning commute?

The Guardian has lost the ****ing plot in search of click bait articles.

The Indy phone app is useless.

Suggestions for a decent daily news/current affairs app to download would be lovely....

Thank you for your kind words Muggins
I do think the time has come to have a proper heart to heart with him and hopefully get him to understand that I really do need a bit of support from him, I'm wondering if a bit of time apart would be good for us both as we've been living in each others pockets for the last few weeks.

The whole world of relationships is a rather alien place for me and every day is definitely a school day!

I was smelling a little bit yesterday- even though fresh clothes, shower. And after googling it might be as a laundertte/tumbledry of clothes is not as good as being able to hang outside and stuff. Also going to look at washing powders. And vodka...
