Dunno if its that time of year, but a lot of people I know are dating or have found love. Anyone else finding the same thing or is it just me?
(P.S. as per the thread question, I still haven't had my first proper girlfriend yet...) |

When talking to me offline, you may as well be talking to a brick wall - and a bloody ugly one at that. So no, I haven't got a girlfriend and I never had had one.
Seems like most girls I ever have fancied in the past have been far more confident than me and lead far more active social lives. I could never keep up with that. |

Well the first and only time I've been asked out I was 19, it lasted two weeks before he just went off somewhere. Next one when I was 28, it lasted five weeks before he ended it (no explanation why). Last one was when I was 30, it lasted approx 6 1/2 years and he ended it (again
 ). I'm hoping the next one will want to be with me for keeps

I was 18, we met over the internet (it's next to impossible to find a nice lesbian round where I live) we dated for 4 months, its took ages to get over her but I finally have. She was my first kiss, my first love, my first lover.
I did have a relationship with a guy before that, but I count it as a silly mistake due to the fact I'm a lesbian.

Well, I've not yet got a girlfriend, and I'm sure many young people with SA are also in my position. I did ask someone out once, but I was steadfastly rejected. I haven't spoken a word to them since.
Social inhibitions and love shyness prevent me from even going near girls at times, let alone initiating conversation with them EDIT: Depending how tonight goes, this sanswer is subject to change EDIT 2: ...maybe not |

I've been in love twice, both amazing experiences but heartbreaking when they ended.
I met my first gf when i was 15 and she was 13, we met at school, we knew it was so right and that we truly believed it was forever so we ended up getting married, amazing first 10 years but then started to go wrong.. divorced 3 years ago after being together 15 years, totally devastated... met a girl a year after, fell in love but it only lasted 6 months, ended last summer... not had a relationship since because it just hasn't happened for me. However, i can say i have been in love, it's the most amazing experience in life (with the exception of seeing your children being born) being in love changes you completely, it brings the best out of you.. i sincerely miss it |
