Default "Bean bag" sat-nav mount

Anyone got oine of these sort of things

http://www.buybits.com/product/sku_3109.aspx

I got one the other day - it's brilliant. I've slammed on the brakes, thrown the car round ( deserted ) roundabouts and haven't got it to move at all. You can easily take it off the dashboard to program it and at the end of a journey, I fold my tom tom flat against it and put it under the seat in a bit of bubble wrap. Simples. I ordered a friction mount for a mobile phone yesterday, my dashboard will soon be awash with gadgets

Only concern is what happens in a crash.

that's interesting; i wouldn't have believed it worked. Looks a lot easier than having to pull the sucker off the windscreen each time you park up (and polish off the marks left behind to remove all the evidence).
