I don't s'pose anyone can recommend a dry shampoo or something similar for brunettes? I'd ideally like something natural, but it's okay if not.

Anyone know of any good question resources online (or ideas) for quizzes?

I've got to do a quiz at the group tomorrow.

I keep reading lots of questions and think....nah.

Hey Biscuits.. I get the Boots own brand brunette dry shampoo, I don't find its too white and it blends in quite well after brushing. I also get root cover up spray which I apply lightly and this helps cover any spray residue. Batiste do a brunette one too, it's a bit more expensive and I've never tried it. Maybe you've already tried these though? Let me know if you find a good one

No they are all about the same rubbish level, I use the metar weather for Newcastle airport as they are quite good at predicting the wind and showers upto 24hrs ahead.

Thanks, Marie! I'll give the boots one a try.

I have such fine hair and I feel like dry shampoo does nothing for it. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly, which wouldn't surprise me! I read about trying it the night before.

I ended up buying one called Discreet AF mainly because it made me giggle.

Default Re: Random Question

This really is a random question - I've been asked to do an animal themed 'pop up' group in the local village hall (for service users of a mental health charity that I work for).

I can't think of a good way of doing this, it just seems a bit weird. They've put this in as a theme as I volunteer at animal sancturies. I could maybe bring a long a few animals - guinea pigs really but would have to think about there welfare first. I would also need to check with the village hall of they allow animals. There are mobile petting 'zoos' which would be more interesting but I don't know how much they cost. I'm not sure my workplace would be willing to pay for it.
My line manager has said we could do it without animals but I just don't see how...

Any bright ideas welcome!?....

Does anyone have any advice on how to remove this stain from a wool carpet (it's not what it looks like lol)

https://ibb.co/sJVstvZ

It's a fruit juice stain. I accidentally left some strawberries in a bag, and they ended up leaking when I put the bag down. Oops! It's my mum's carpet, so she might be a tad annoyed if I can't get it out. I'm thinking Vanish or white vinegar? Are these good methods?
Suppose it's similar to removing a red wine stain... Any suggestions?

This is tricky! I can only think of a therapy dog visiting. Or putting a message out on the local Facebook asking if people can bring their pets to the village hall. I guess it's a risk assessment nightmare as well!

What might be nicer would be a self care workshop with different stations:

Like foot spas (just mini bath bombs or a pack of salts and bowls)
Guided meditation
Nail polish station
Mindfulness colouring sheets
Those little sand gardens
Play dough - rolling it in different ways and making things

Sorry that's not animal related at all unless you put some goldfish in the foot spas and did leopard print nail art haha.

Yeah or a vanish carpet stain remover. You just spray it on and leave it for five minutes then rub it in and hoover.

^ oh. OH. then the answer is... She is suffering with a strong case of instant regret of being in Friends. The cure is unknown. I can only prescribe amnesia to alleviate the symptoms.

I was in QD a moment ago and found a little mesh pouch with £20 in. I immediately handed it in to the customer service desk because I thought it might belong to a child.

I would have been wracked with guilt if I kept it.

What would you have done?
