I'm feeling completely lost at the moment. There's so many things I want to achieve that are completely out of my reach, even though I have the knowledge and ability to do them. Even with all the opportunities I've been given, I still haven't been able to accomplish anything from them.

I've got the most supportive family in the world that bend over backwards to keep me happy and find things for me to do, but all I do is take them for granted and fail to do my part, and even when I lie to them and tell them I'm feeling fine and don't need their help, they still care.

Sure, I have SA and ADHD, but those problems don't excuse the fact that I'm just a lazy, ungrateful, horrible person.

Dragged myself to the gym and feeling a lot better than the past couple of days. Go endorphins!

Weather has turned shite again, though. And I thought it was looking better, so I didn't bring my umbrella. FFFFFFFUUUUUUUU-

Not great.

I forgot it was a bank holiday, and am now frustrated that all of my emails to businesses/organizations won't be answered until tomorrow, at the earliest.

Oh, and my face looks like it's tried to eskimo kiss a cheese grater.

Pissedof with myself, I have got myself into a stupid rut where all I seem to do is **** things up, but the stupid thing is is some way they are all preventable, and then last night I had one of those spokey dreams with a meaning which I won't post on here coz I'll get laughed at, It was a good wake up call though I need to get my arse into gear and stop thinking Why Me and start thinking Why Not Me from now on

quite the outcast

I force myself to go into the coffee place before my business meeting just to be "social" around other people etc

im so bloody awkward with the staff..

and it seemed obvious..all the other people in the queue they were striking up conversations..how you feel today..any plans..did you have a good bank holiday!

..i just got asked if i wanted a croissant

and even then i awkwardly answered no

..andddd i always look for good times i can leave the place, like when the guy at the counter goes in the back to clean some cups out..i plan it to perfection..this time i got caught with my pants down..half way to the door scurrying along..cya later mate! ....oh..crap.."cya" in a really..dumb/boring voice like it was obvious i couldnt get out quick enough

blah i shall now probably relive that hour for the next 2 weeks too

can i has new brain?

I wanna try something cos i tried a few SSRI's but i don't really wanna if you know what i mean cos i know i can expect to feel very shit for the fist few weeks on any meds as they all seem to be the same in that aspect. Most anti-anxiety meds seem to be sedative in nature but i don't want to be tired and a zombie again like last time.

I thought Diazepam made you drowsy cos it says it's a Benzo which have sedative properties.

What if you took it on it's own though, would it make any difference on a small dose you reckon? i.e not too strong to make you a zombie but enough to affect your anxiety levels.

You positive sure positive sure positive? lol

I don't want to go to the docs and ask for something till i know i may be the best option. The doc wont know that much tbh about meds as they just put ppl on the bog standard ones it seems but i tried all them. I'll look into it more on the net before i go in and ask about it but i may consider Diazepam or another Benzo and start on a small dose.

Getting stressed because I can't pick a damn wallpaper for the living room. I'm scared to commit to a wallpaper incase I hate it once it's up. I really need to pick one now because I keep getting asked if I've done it yet.
No! I haven't done it yet because I want navy blue and white stripe and nowhere does it

^ Ta for that, i have heard about it before but was put off with all the powerful warnings it had in some sites like side effects/withdrawal and that it was mainly used for epilepsy but i heard it's prescribed for GAD so may consider it.

Is this prescribed on the NHS? I'm worried my doc wont allow me to go on stuff like this in that she may feel i'm not that bad (nice problem to have i guess lol) as i havent gone to her about my anxiety issues for like 2 yrs.
