I was watching that Andrew Tate documentary last night. Frankly he just comes across as the most insecure person you could imagine based on the obvious fakery. The loud, staccato, forceful way of talking is exactly what you see with teenage boys trying to look hard, although it slipped in one of the interviews when he couldn't find the word but maintained the delivery. I bet he's a looooong way from being happy because despite the cars, money, physicality etc I doubt that he has any emotional attachments. Better to try and relax into being yourself; I realise that is often a hard thing to do though.
