Default Essential oils

What essential oils do you like to use and what for?
I have been using lavender for relaxation and tea tree to enhance my mood but I hate the tea tree smell so I think its time to ditch that!
I had a foot massage at the hospital yesterday and she used a very high potent lavender oil. Made a diffrrence the quality of the oil

Ooo I've recently got into essential oils as well.

There's this pulse point roll on that I use containing: geranium, orange and nutmeg. It smells ever so nice and it's nice and relaxing to put on just before bed. It's not something I use every night though - just when I'm feeling a it fancy.

Then I have a pillow mist with: lavender, sandlewood and jasmine. I'm not the biggest fan of lavender though so I'm waiting for this to be used up to try a different smell!

How do you use them, Angela?

I put them on my bedding and pillows!
What is the roll on you use? I used to use one from Neals Yard but that was really expensive!

^ Neal's Yard - now that is fancy - whenever I walk past the shop I think it's too fancy for me to step in haha.

I walked into a health food shop and saw this in there. It was about £7. I think they're expensive whatever the brand unfortunately.
