I know that feeling too well. Sorry you're feeling that way right now.

Maybe try doing something to fight the part of your brain making you feel this familiar way. Do something outside your comfort zone.

When I did my Diploma I felt much the same and vowed not to attend my graduation if I did indeed pass the course. I had such a monumental dread of the whole idea of it that I felt there was no way I could do it. Fast forward to the end of my course and I felt I'd put so much into getting to the end that the graduation was hard earned so I'd give it a go.

I still don't know how I walked on stage in front of so many people in Preston Guild Hall, but I was so glad that I did so. Funny enough, they announced my award wrong as I took to the stage. Rather than a Diploma they announced a Certificate instead. That's what you get if you don't complete your final year. I emailed the Uni afterwards and they were horrified and asked me back for a second ceremony six months later, so I had to do the whole thing twice. They paid for all my photos as compensation too.

I felt by attending (twice) I had given a two-fingered salute to my SA, and I bet you did too when you attended and got the reward for your efforts.

Thanks, but I don't even know what my comfort zone is any more, or what would be outside of it. It's just a lack of having anything I want to do, there's no motivation there. Everything seems as pointless as everything else.

Think I may have had too much sleep (makes a change!) fell asleep at 6pm yesterday as I felt exhausted, woke at 10pm and went to bed about midnight, slept through 'till about 8.30 this morning .

Feel (physically) like crap today and have the joy of a dentist appointment later
