^ It's not petty. It's normal to feel that way after what they did to you, especially since you haven't seen them in so long and never got to do the whole "**** you" thing.
Just try to make it through the first few hours and then your girlfriend will be there and I think you'll feel a lot better then. try to concentrate on how far you've come and how much your life has improved/how happy you are with her etc. Good luck

It's a difficult one Tom because they hurt you and have moved on, you have also moved on but are still annoyed about the way they treated you, you never know you might be surprised how things work out x

I don't know why I've gotten so bad at communicating with people online. It used to feel so natural, but it's really hard now. I'm not the kind of person most people are interested in talking to in the first place, but it still used to be easier. I'm so desperate to connect with people, and this used to be a way I could feel like I was doing that, not anymore really.

Life was so much simpler and more enjoyable for me when I didn't care about connecting with people, back when I was a teenager. I could spend all my time alone and be happy, or not sad at least. All this time like this has worn me down though. Everything feels so empty and pointless now.

Just ignore the butchers balling their heads off at you and you'll be ok. lol

I used to go there once a week but have stopped going in since developing a life threatening allergic reaction to crustaceans and mollusks.

Used to love Pearces Shellfish stall.

You can get some real bargains from the fish mongers and butchers in their if you know what you're buying.

Never ate at the chinese cafe but the food looks nice and I've seen asians eating there, which is usually a good sign.

Saying that though, I went to a Chinese Cafe in China town that's popular with the locals that Jay Rayner raved about and found the food lacking in flavour.

1. See if it goes away on its own (wishful thinking

)
2. Book a GP appointment for about a fortnights time (my ear will probably have fallen off by then)
3. Urgent Care Centre - oh joy!

My belly is very warm and soft.

It sooths the ear well and helps melt troublesome ear wax.

Plus you get free head strokes.

I've experienced this twice in my on-line "life". I'm pretty sure both times I was depressed. My only advice is push yourself to join in and say what's on your mind, worked for me
