Default presentation on Friday

On Friday i have to do a presentation in front of a class full of people, I am super nervous and the thought of it makes me feel sick. My SA support teacher recommended me to have something in my hand to fidget with. I know that if i can't do something like this now it will only get harder when i get older. Does anyone have any advise?

The main thing is to know your material. If you prepare, and learn your presentation you will be ok. And I find a ballpoint pen is decent enough to fidget with.

As already posted, do your preparation and know your stuff, take big deep breaths before you start to speak, any script or notes should be clearly written or typed and maybe use a larger font. It's ok to start with Good morning, I am more than a little nervous so do forgive me if I make a mistake or stumble over my words. slow your speaking down and don't forget to breath.
To remind you to keep your head up and not bury your head in your notes focus on the people at the back of the room when talking. and practice practice, practice. Get a good nights sleep beforehand and have breakfast in the morning.
