I’ve been following these forums for a while, my social anxiety is really bad where I struggle to leave the house on my own.

My mother who always use to come out with me, passed away last week so I’m feeling very low.

I hope to gain more confidence and be able to engage in some of the topics in the forum soon.

If you have a current health professional involved in your care try and let them know of your loss (even if it's just a text message or email). If that doesn't apply, try and let your GP know, let them know she was your support.
