Probably thought they was flirting, learnt the hard way

Nah, this was definitely an intimidation tactic. Puffed out chest, literally brushing against me. The sort of stunt you pull when you're about to kick someone's head in..

Phoned up and joined a special offer for a small amount of personal training at a local Gym. Hoping they can put a plan together for me. Eek.

today was pretty good in terms of SA, i had an extra lecture scheduled at uni over this break (bc they stupidly forgot to teach us something) and i talked to a new person in this class today more than i have all bloody year. i also ate a sandwich in public alone, while normally i would find this and eating in front of new people impossible. idk what happened, think the sun helped today

This wasn't today, but last week: I made a phone call to the opticians to say I wouldn't be able to make my appointment. I think the last time I did that was four years ago because the therapist made me

Yesterday I went to an actual betting shop, and placed a bet on the Grand National. I have gambled online before, but never at a physical shop.

Of course, there wasn't much to it. They even had special slips for the event, to make it easy for novices like me. That was slightly disappointing, having read up online 'how to complete a bet slip' beforehand!

Well done Captain Nemo. That's great - it's really difficult to try new things for the first time, so it's great that you have done this. Did you win?

I went to a Social Anxiety practice group today. I was able to make eye contact with people more and felt more relaxed. I was able to give feedback without being asked twice to different people on how well they did. Hope to try more challenging tasks next time.

No such luck. My horse was at the front for most of the race, but it's the finish that matters! Luckily, I only staked £2.

I had a really strong reaction to a massive banana that i ate enroute to delivering my parcels this morning. I've never experienced anything like it - for a good 45mins after my stomach felt a little off but i assumed it would settle soon enough. I managed to deliver 10-15 parcels when, walking back to my car, i recognised that i was producing some of that 'pre-vomit saliva' - you know what i mean. I haven't been sick for years .. not that i can remember anyway, and i was thinking 'is this really happening, wtf am i going to do, where can i be sick'.

I drove on a little way and pulled into a road that would give me a bit more privacy than where i was and, thank ****, it gradually went away.
