I always pull away from people when I get at my worst and everyone who can't deal with me when I'm really unwell gives up anyway cos no one knows what to do and I'm constantly putting off therapy cos I struggle to know what to say and I'm a pathetic human being and wish I never existed.

Aw, Trev

A little outsider's perspective -> 'loser' is absolutely never the word that comes to mind when I think of you. I'd categorise you as an inspirational poster. You're always out and about, trying to socialise, going to gigs etc. All things that are incredibly hard with SA! You challenge SA and fight through it. You're fairly amazing, tbh! Always putting up that fence in your garden when the wind blows it down - the fence is a good metaphor for you and how you tackle life.

Anxiety is a beast and feelings like these crop up because it's exhausting to constantly be battling with it

Please find someone professional to talk to because anxiety is whispering mean things in your ear and they're false

Do you have siblings or any relatives who can help you with those types of things Quietman, or atleast be there with you? It's a lot to deal with on your own and it's not surprising your anxiety is worse right now.

When I registered my mum's death I was fortunately able to do it online but I know I would have found it impossible if I hadn't got my husband with me when I had to go to the undertakers and make funeral arrangements. I think SA or not, it isn't something that anyone should have to do alone so I really hope that you have a relative or friend to help you? You are going through one of the most stressful experiences that anyone can go through so it's natural that your anxiety would be sky high but, in time, things will become a little easier

Sorry you are struggling so much quietman , I have a few health issues going on that I have to deal with and also got to go back to hospital where I was previously cos I made a complaint about staff there bullying me but of course they blamed my mental health! Still complaining as my friend admitted to me that they were bullying me so it wasn't just my voices.
