I drink black tea with a little milk, unless it's an aromatic blend like Earl Grey, in which case I don't add anything to it.
Coffee I rarely add anything to. Occasionally I'll have a little milk in it. I never sweeten either. |

Re: Canderel in the mornin' Canderel in the evenin': what goes in your tea or coffee
I drink Decaff Esspresso (bit of an oxymoron I know) with no sugar after having weened myself off the stuff and if I ever drink tea it's green, so no sugar in that obviously. I have met people who insist on putting milk in green/chinese/japanese tea
but then I guess when the English philistines first discovered 'normal' tea and ruined it by adding cow juice they probably engendered much the same reaction. When I am really tired and I have to drive home I will have a real full fat esspresso just before I leave work and it's like drinking ten red bulls at once. One of the benefits of being decaff I guess. |

Semi-skimmed milk and one and a half sugars in both tea and coffee. I don't drink poncey tea - just PG tips or suchlike.
