The mother is laughing her head off with another neighbour in another street. my ears and head are hurting. i'm furious. at this point i'm sorry if i'm sounding like a broken record. i swear to god there's going to be a shouting match with that woman of some sort before the summer's out. i think thats why SS are around for us. Even thats not working. That bitch doesnt care.

Tired and anxious. Tho I seem to be in emotional suppression mode. My dad is not great. Not eating, losing weight rapidly, confused. They called an out of hours doctor yesterday evening because he was vomiting. They were told to just keep observations. I went to see him yesterday and fed him his dinner. Got a phone call when I got home saying he had started vomiting again. Got a phone call later about 9 or 10 pm saying a doctor was coming out at some point. I told them to ring me if anything serious was occurring, no one's phoned tho. His vital signs are OK apparently but still he can't carry on losing weight in the way that he is.

Salad for dinner, had salad so much in the last month. I get weighed for the first time on Sunday since I started and I'm so anxious/nervous. Even though I feel like I've lost weight there's apart of me that just thinks the worst

I've got sore feet. Actually I've had them for about 3 days. Hobble. hobble. Lady at vol place has said to me to steep them in warm Epsom salts, might have to give it a go.

Sat with my dad for a couple of hours. He's quite confused but looked more well than yesterday. Was sick again tho. The GP is doing a review tomorrow so hopefully he can try and sort the problem.

Tired and a little hungover, I partied a bit too hard yesterday.
I'm also worried. I haven't been to many gigs in the past 10 years (used to go every week when I was a teen) and there never used to be this much social media. I worry now that somewhere there is a video of me doing a stupid dance or shoving a falafel dog in my face.
