Relieved. Safely back in the sanctuary of home after enduring a neighbours garden party. They're not bad people, I just find 3 hours of chat about stuff like "how bad parking in our roads become recently" and "so what do you do for a living?" excruciatingly awkward.

If I'd have been given the choice of either going to the party or having another digital rectal examination at the doctors I'd go for the rubber glove option every time.

The only consolation was some top quality home made cakes.

That was downright nasty today putting up with all that. I've asked the housing officer for diary sheets (again....). I have to do the jobcentre crap tom and i'm really not well enough to do it. Teen was abroad for a week with school and my mother wouldnt let her stay at hers today to recover until this evening cos I knew what it would be like here. Fizzing mad. And yes I know its the god-damn ridings this week when everything gets busier again from around Wednesday until Sat/Sun. Floored.

Still fizzing. thats a bitch from hell and no mistake. absolutely f****** had enough. will prob be awake all night now even on the evening pill. Thank f*** for the bloody rain. Not that provides much respite from indoor hammering i guess but at least it stops the other crap. dont even want to make home 'nice' for teen tom evening after school and she knows it. Mum/SS knows whats been going on.

I have to go and see the scary CBT woman this morning and I've not done half of what I was supposed to do. I've also convinced myself that something is seriously wrong with me health wise.

^ Lots of us delete posts for various reasons, I often do it myself. It's usually to do with our own paranoia, it definitely won't be because of anything you've done so I hope you feel you can keep posting

Thanks Clementine. I just hate what anxiety does to me. I'm not sure I will ever function 'normally' I've got to the stage now where I question everything I do, tell myself I'm stupid for doing it and sink deeper into the black hole I'm currently in. Tell people how you're feeling and they just view you as totally self obsessed and they dismiss you as being 'weird'
Sometimes I wish I could just get through a day without feeling awkward or worthless.

I can definitely relate to what you've said there, Nervous Wreck. I find when my mood drops, the paranoia rises and I question everything I do and everything everyone says or does, looking for evidence that I'm worthless and/or people are laughing at me or hate me. It's a horrible cycle to get caught up in and it can be difficult to break out of it.
Lots of us here understand though and nobody will think badly of you

Aww Jinny, it's sounds like you have way too much on your plate I think you definitely need to factor in some 'me time', something you can do to switch yourself off from all of that stress for a little while at least. I think putting a small amount of time each day for something like art therapy (I know you're creative), yoga, meditation... something like that could really make a difference I think. You're definitely not a bad mum or rubbish, you're just putting too much pressure on yourself

Jinny I agree with the two posts above. Don't let others get to you. If you ask me (which you didn't!) you're not the mum who can't cope- if my kids had behaved in the way this mother's child did I would have been mortified and the child not learning good social behaviour is most certainly not yours!

^ I agree with Victoria, I don't have children of my own but I have seen on many occasions that some parents let their children run around and expect other people to look after them. They also think their child are angels and clearly have rose tinted glasses on.

Clementine, Big heavy 10, Newbs 16, I hope you all feel a lot better soon. I have a lot of days when I feel rubbish lately and I struggle to get even the basic things done. Then I feel heaps worse because I've let the day go by and achieved next to nothing!! I get up every morning looking forward to going back to bed at night. And I always wake up feeling tired!

^^ that sounds scary, Jinny. Is your dog okay? Well done though.
My dog was attacked by a Staffie once, it had her by the throat and wouldn't let go. I was trying to prise it's jaws apart, did eventually and thankfully her hair is thick around her neck and it had mostly got a mouthful of that so she wasn't badly hurt.

Salty as hell ***55357;***56834; am I doomed to be alone my whole life??? finding a girlfriend seems harder than finding the Holy Grail right now

At this rate I'd rather just have a death fight with a rival male to find a mate ***55357;***56834;
