I cannot seem to stay bloody awake

My alarm went off at 5.30 ish the s'morning but I'd had a good 7 ish hours sleep. Felt tired the s'morning at animal sanctuary, Got home for about 1pm. By 3pm I was having a nap, I've just woken up And I do not feel better for it.

bleh - exhausted. going for another cool shower in a minute - started it again in the morning yesterday like you're supposed to do in a normal life. - sarcasm - havent been able to for over last 6 months cause townie aka common riding crew each year he's one of the area's 'cryers' at the burley the night before - nae wonder he got a good voice on him - has been loudly discussing the 'situation' with end terr outside my kitchen for the last 6 months since the weather got better. i've been having to wait til its quieter to have a wash that kind of thing. bid for another house. the housing officer's email just received this morning can bloody well wait til monday. even my h/c helper said i looked tired yest. why dont my nbors get it? sigh. since I have a weekend off parenting - thank god, i love her lots but she really puts me through it - will prob pop into chat later.

The new neighbour isn't helping. There are now 4 cars for his flat alone stuck out there. I feel if I take my car out I'll never get it back in.

Not that he really did much in the last few years..but it was enough to just see him there..now its all..quiet and kinda upsetting

Made it through work but it was clear I needed a wide birth as I was snapping peoples heads off and half of them wouldnt even know why

Toxic - my advice is what ive just been told yesterday dont put it into your daily conversation with folk whilst passing the time of day. it s annoying that other people can get away with talking about this stuff in society and not get into trouble. also think twice what you record in diary sheets as people in our situation put the small stuff down invariably we get it tenfold when the authorities have gone away again. i mean for a school nurse to say in april 'hows mental health' to me whats she expecting 100% wellness after what we've been putting up with and a happy smile? dont think so. for quite a while at least. i know my smile will come back but not just now.

^ yeah, you are right. Monday is gonna be my breakout day. No matter what state my feet are in I am gonna spend some time in the garden and pop to the shop. My local doesnt sell peppercorns and I am fully stocked but its an off license so I am sure I will find something to buy

I remember watching telly with my brother one evening, bbc2 I assume, he had heard about read dwarf but I had no idea what to expect. About 5 minutes in it was clear this program was actually made for people like us LOL

I cant imagine watching it with my dad though !

well that went on from 4pm til 2am. the mother is laughing her head off about it just now with her cronies. theyve left here sharp like in the car ofc just now. i put my music on at 2am at a reasonable v low level so as not to annoy other nbors as a hint i was not a happy bunny. it'll be done again and again until that cow gets the hint. it was the dad that lost it this time...again. going out at 1pm but my face today will look fizzing mad. furious. daughter away out of it now for the weekend. mad as a hatter and that cow knows it. gggrrrr. thinking about changing schools for S4 to one that will provide a better service for what she wants to pursue. only card i got left under my sleeve. i'll wait til next week to discuss it with her. i think the girls have been cruel as well just before the production in the evening the other day. told school i wasnt having it. last happened five years ago all this crap building up everywhere in our lives.
