Feel annoyed that my therapist said I shouldn't use autism as an excuse, (I wasn't!) and if I dread talking in therapy then I shouldnt go to it when she said she's used to dealing with autism people who don't like talking !?

All the usual things - tired, cold, sick, in pain, but also incredibly regretful this morning.

Not sure why I thought it would be a good idea to take kitchen scissors to my fringe at 1am. Also not sure why I would then draw attention to my face this morning with a tonne of hot pink eyeshadow (which looks like it was applied by my cat) . Time to put myself in the bin, me thinks.

Very tired, I have some sort of cold bug and it's making my chest feel clogged up, add on top several months of anxiety and cold dark days it's all making me feel poop.

I'm just brrrr cold. Been at the Sanctuary, really cold even in the sheds/catteries. Car started at least!

I'm allowed 2 treats a week (diet wise) definitely going to have one tonight. What to choose tho

. I can't imagine the daily struggles from the pain that fibro brings. Have you asked your GP to refer you to a physiotherapist to gain access to warm water hydrotherapies?

I've also been having that mouse elbow thing over the last 6 months. Random fact, turns out golf elbow is pain on the inside of the elbow which is what I get, tennis elbow is pain on the outside.

Mouse elbow is this pain in my right arm, I'm guessing it's due to using my mouse. I'll bring hydrotherapy up later with my doctor. Cheers.
