To Connect August 2019

Hi, It took me a while even after chatting for a few months on my laptop.. Just what i needed to do to login on another computer.

The server has changed address this year.

You need:

Host:
IRC.RIZON.NET

Channels to connect to #
sauk-lounge

Port:
6667


and that should work

The two rooms on Rizon at the moment are

#sauk - Support (usually very quiet)
#sauk-lounge - General chat

I really should get round to updating the Hexchat pictorial guide as the old one still shows Foonetic.

It can be quiet for long periods of time but then sporadically really busy. Friday and Saturday nights tend to be the busiest. Some of the members do go on to Tiny Chat for voice most evenings but there are some that stay in the IRC room only.

Say usually 7-9pm weekday maybe the busiest but depends on what mood most people feel like talking or coming in chat.
