That's one of my favourite things - roasting the seeds from the pumpkin at Halloween and eating them when they're still warm with spices on them. Tooooo goood.

I had theee most garlicky toasted sandwich with roasted veg (courgettes, peppers, garlic, basils). It was so garlicky that I feel as if I were to blow on my cat I feel like her fur would come off.
