New To The FORUM Today

Hi Everyone, Just joined up today, look forward to reading your post and speaking and get to know you all. Glad we are not alone and have forum like this.
I'm 39 live in the West Midlands i live alone had a problem since school just got worse over the years.

Due to start some group therapy this month with my local mental health team.
Done 6 months of CBT, and also waiting for my refereal for psychologist.
