Default Hi everyone
Just joined, not sure what to say, it seems some folk only say hi, others give their life story. I'll plump for something in the middle.

Had depression for around 18 months, and last year refused drugs and worked at it myself with some success. When getting back in to life, started to suffer anxiety attacks. Doc last week diagnosed SA and put on citalopram and referred to mental health team.

It now explains my "introvert" nature that I have always suffered from.

Hope to make some new acquaintances here who understand what I'm going through.
