Re: What is easier said than done?
When you have chronic but mild depression, it's really hard to follow the old advice "Don't wait for motivation to begin [x activity]. Begin, and the motivation will follow". Yes, but how do I begin?

Re: What is easier said than done?
^ you've cracked it
I know what that is. It's meant to be great for anxiety and panic attacks too. It's helped me in the past for sure. A counsellor once sat me down and taught me how to do it when I was struggling to eat because of anxieties. I walked out and was able to have a sandwich. It was amazing (the technique, the sandwich was meh). |
