I've been robbed of my usual 30-40min lay-in cos i'm prepping the slow cooker for a beef stew later, the family are coming to eat. Fortunately, it's not too busy parcel-wise so i can get back for an afternoon nap.

Emotional. Just been for my initial appointment with the Wellbeing practitioner, it was horrible. There's nothing quite like going over all of your issues in detail for making you feel like **** She told me to hold ice cubes or flick an elastic band on my wrist if I feel like acting on suicidal thoughts again *sighs*
She's put me on an online CBT course, I can't pretend I'm exactly brimming with hope and enthusiasm about it but hey.

I've got through a painful anniversary weekend that I'd been dreading for weeks though, without too much of a meltdown.
I have health issues to worry about now - new things to panic about! Yay!
I'm generally a lot better mentally than I was a few weeks ago at least.

Just want to hide in my bed for a bit and cry now though.

God it's hot out there. I've been in all day waiting for various trades ppl. Decided to walk up to the chemist with my dads old meds for disposal and was like 'holy crap'.
I guess this means the dreaded summer clothes must come out

I often wear a coat even when it's hot. I just feel less exposed. It's weird how that works out like that.

Tired and sticky, socially exhausted, but not so hot and bothered no more, every window is open and it's finally cooling down.

Having family over for dinner is such a challenge, the amount of annoyances stack up so quickly that in the end i just sit there, quiet as a mouse, waiting for them to leave.

Thats it. I'm not going out again until at least Friday. next door has been a proper s*** in his behaviour and gets away with it. meanwhile, anger management on my part has prob gone slightly awsku. I did the right thing today speaking to childrens services but when the guidance teacher is having to assist getting ur kid to school its really not a pleasant position to be in. hence anxiety and anger. i really want this all to end NOW. signing off for the rest of the week on website platforms. i dont trust myself at all at the moment.

Not bad. Went to counselling which was much more positive than the last session at least.
Then went to visit my dad. He was discharged today back to the care home. Which handily is just across the road almost from my counselling. He's got a new room which is rather nice, fresh and modern. He doesn't look well and is very tired but did eat when I was there which is an improvement from the hospital at least.

I'm feeling a bit rare. I went into Tesco's there and I seen someone I know and I said "Hello, how are you" and they stopped to speak but I continued walking round the corner up the vegetable aisle like a nob
