Here is a rich chocolate cake I baked a few weeks ago, I gave a piece of it to a lady I went on a date with, she loved it. Erm, I went a bit mad with the 100s and 1000s though. (think I had a panic attack and shook them every where )

After not being on here for a year! I really have come a long way, some of the things I used to really fear and my talking about back then just seems like a complete stranger talking, I wouldnt even have remembered some of the things that bothered me so much back then. I have ups and downs.... but nothing much at all thats anyone elese wouldnt have in there life. I dont go out and see anyone really, but thats just the way I am...but I'm not really in fear of going out these days and I have had some tattoos that have relaly made me feel complete... I never was going to get them but something just seemed right about it at the time and pleased I did...kinda crazy but you only live once

i don't speak africans, and mine says redbush on the box.

i feel tired went out on my cycle ride did 30 miles and went for a swim when i got back. maybe 50 miles was being optimistic have to try that next time.

Hmm frustrated. It's hard at times..i want my life to be moving now..but i carry so much fear. It's hard to fnd an ounce of happiness within my current day to day existence.

I prepared myself for the worst after getting a phone call from the vets yesterday. She told me they had to operate on Wolfie and it was a high risk surgery, plus he's already so weak so it doesnt look good and the chances arent high for recovery. Then they called me back and said the problem was with his small intestine and they've done the op. I was supposed to be able to go get him today but I never got the call. Just spoke to the vet and they've said he's still on the drip and they want to keep him in longer because he's refusing food and water His temp dropped after the op yesterday but apparently its back to normal now. My other cat is wandering around looking all lost. I never understood how devastated people got over ill pets but I bloody do now! No idea where I'm gonna get £1000 plus from, but I dont really care right now.

god i'm tired. i dragged ass all day today despite getting a somewhat decent night's sleep. I barely had the enthusiasm to breathe. I still need to call my landlord and work it so that I can stay in my flat until sept 10. then, explain it all to someone else, then hot bath, then early early to bed.

I get it regardless of how much I sleep. I can't remember the last time I woke without one. But yeah, sleeping too much can almost give me a migraine. Stoopid.
