Question Are you a worrier?

Do you worry about daft stuff?

Worrying, is just another obstacle I face.

The older I get, the more I worry.

I will add a poll.

Not as much as some, a little more than others...overall I don't really see myself that way, no. I said "sometimes" because if my anxiety is very bad otherwise then I will worry about really, really weird stuff. It's more like the fear is already high and my brain is trying to find a reason. Like I used to worry I was pregnant when I hadn't had sex for months etc.

If my anxiety is calm in other directions then I don't tend to worry too much. My stress mostly comes from what feels like "certainties" such as "my life will be awful". It's stressful to think about but it's not so much a worry - which is more like "my life might be awful" - and more like a sense of pressure - "life's awful but you have to be able to cope with it so just buck up!"

Yes. Though I often worry about the wrong things I think. I can sometimes shrug of some major things yet incessantly worry about tiny details which other ppl may not even bother considering.

Yes. I don't even worry about important things, just stupid fears that have no basis in logic.

We dinnae say "am ur" , it must be a Glesga thing.

The reason a ken what "am ur" means, is because, a couple of lassies moved through here, and they kept saying it - "am ur" whit?

For a country so small, we have loads of fkn words.

There is no doubt I have a worry gene. I sometimes witness my brain in a worry spasm.

Aren't we supposed to care less as we get older? No, not happening for me, either...

Yes, very much so. I worry about all kinds of silly things. I've always been like this; one of my teachers at school even wrote on one of my school reports that I am a worrier.

Yes, I am a very big worrier. I worry about things all the time, especially work. Luckily, 9 times out of 10, it turns out that I didn't need to worry in the first place.
