I can't imagine ever taking a nap. How do you wake up? Naturally? Do you set an alarm? I don't think I could go to sleep in daylight.

I'm not sure how I'm managing to overcomplicate naps.

I mean you can set an alarm if you think you're going to need it, but usually you just go into a half-asleep state for a short time then wake up again because you're not properly tired.
