This kimchi pancake recipe.

It has three ingredients, is super easy to make (minus the flipping) and is sooooooo nice I could eat them everyday.

The Great Courses

https://www.thegreatcourses.com/

They come in DVD or online format and cover a wide range of subjects. My only complaint is they can be quite expensive, although they often do excellent deals.

When Dan Walker says Tyrell Posh Prawn Cocktails crisps are amazing.
Don't listen. They're overpriced and nothing really special other than a perhaps softer prawn cocktail flavour.
Don't listen to Dan Walker!!

^ I tried doing a 'quick' recipe for it once (I'm impatient) but wasn't a fan. Should try it proper at some point. How about you?

^ Making kimchi (& sauerkraut) has been on my to do list for a long time.

I do watch those Korean street food chefs on YouTube. I don't know why watching them make stuff is so pleasing.

Oooh. Sauerkraut would be good too.

Maybe we need an SAUK fermented cabbage pact to get us to commit. Each member has to do at least one jar in the next 12 months or they themselves be pickled in an acid of their choosing.
