Planning and packing. Packing may take a long time - have to get the bag down to a reasonable weight but still with enough stuff for 16 days.

Raining here as well - which is quite nice when you have a day of needing to sort stuff out. Haven't seen any lightning though. =(

Sorry, didn't notice this. I'm crap in these megathreads because they move fast and I forget I even posted in them.

I don't like the sun because I seem to overheat easily. I don't wear a coat unless it's very cold, never wear layers, usually stick to short sleeve. I hate being too hot. Sometimes I feel the sun on me and think it's nice, but that feeling never lasts more than 14 seconds.

I hate the outdoors because the sun is there, and people, and wasps. My dog likes all three so it's nice to sit with him now and then. He hasn't caught a wasp yet, maybe he won't like them after that.

You sound similar to me. I'm always feeling too hot and hate it when the weather is hot. Autumn and winter is my time.
