Just realized the start of my anxiety flaring up massively was the same time I started neglecting my guitar.

DOH!

Back on the guitar tonight, stress levels will decrease in moments. Haven't played in a month! (Was developing a very special version of Here Comes The Sun with on guitar percussion at the same time, have to get that finished, it was a promise!)

Will do, the promise was for someone on here. It's taking some work though, I'm trying to put my own seal on it, so to speak. The song is already technical enough but my brain demands more.

The last attempt at doing it ended in me completely dropping the bass part I was doing with the rest.

Not going to lie; this could take months.

I stress the very lucky part.

Something is definitely up. I'm drinking my second can of diet coke in a row. I never have more than one. And I had a double bacon cheeseburger for dinner (two quarter pounders) plus chips plus a chocolate bar.

And I've already decided to have McDonalds for lunch tomorrow
