Love watching these guys, I watch them while I row, They much such a cute couple and the dad is cool, all the other athletes they have in the videos are nice too. Just so positive, makes me smile.

You do get some brilliant people in customer service who love a good chin wag.

I had one lovely lady who saw my "I'm a cat person" t-shirt (the t-shirt I wore to crufts) and proceeded to tell me her life story, pretty much. Fortunately I didn't need the loo and was actually in the mood for a chat.
