down a flight of stairs
I managed to get down and up today. Im still in pain after radiotherapy which is to be expected for about 10 days
I need to get to the dentist on Monday as my filling came our so have needed to hire a private ambulance. They don't cover with patient transport unless its a hospital appointment so I had to pay as Im in too much pain to sit in a taxi at the moment. Guys its like 200 quid. First time I've ever had to hire one but its worth it for the safety aspect, Can you believe the cost though? Jesus
