Today I went into town with a group of friends for a picnic. One girl brought her friend that we didn't know, and I was the only one who really talked to him and even made him laugh a bit. I laid down and nearly went to sleep at one point even though there were lots of people walking around us. I was quite chilled out we went around shops afterwards and I talked to a cashier as well. I couldn't do things like that maybe a year ago!

Thanks Becca! I felt self-conscious actually laying down, but once I was down it was quite nice with the warm weather

I actually went to my interview today (after not showing up to the last 2 I had), and got offered the job straight away I was so nervous and had to wait for the guy to interview me for about half an hour because he was late and almost left before he got there about five times But forced myself to stay, im so glad I did now

Thank you, I already did before I had the chance to talk myself out of it or convince myself it wasn't the right job for me or I couldn't do it... I think if I'd thought about it for too long I'd have probably said no

Well done This is embarrassing to admit, but I've been subscribed to a health insurance thing for at least as long as you were to the charity (actually, almost certainly longer ) They caught me with a cold call in a moment of weakness and I've never had the nerve to chase it up and cancel, even though it's not even like they're a charity and doing good deeds, they just sell insurance, so really, my attitude should be 'screw em'.

Today I went to an anxiety management course, in a group of complete strangers. It's running for the next two Fridays and I'm pretty sure I'll keep going. I even spoke up a few times.
